- Par boil the rice sieve and set aside. Slice and cut ur onions, carrots, runner beans,green pepper, garlics and fresh tomatoes. Put ur cooking pot on fire! Add ur vegetable oil, the garlics, onions, fresh tomatoes and the tomato puree. Fry until the taste of the tomato puree doesn't slap the cheek again. Then add the chicken stock and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes. Add ur blended Scotch bonnet with crayfish. Add the Carrot, green pepper and the runner beans.

U can also add salt if u want (but salt is optional) Then allow it to simmer for 2 minutes, add the chicken and lower the heat. Cook for 5minutes and turn off the heat.
