  3. Deep frying Heat oil a fraying pan. Reduce the heat to medium..
  4. Deep each tomatos, capcicums and bananas slices in besan batter and deep fried in hot oil, on a medium flame (2-3 slices at a time), till golden colour on both the sides..
  5. Drain and place on kitchen paper, to absorb excess oil and serve hot with green chutney, tomato ketchup etc...
