- For making Kofta: Mix all the ingradients and make small balls. Fry these in oil at medium temp and keep aside..
- For making Gravy: Boil Tomatoes in water, mix in a blender jar and filter the gravy..
- Soak Cashews and poppy seeds and make a paste..
- Grind onion, Garlic,Chilli,Ginger and make a paste..
- Heat oil in Kadhai..
- Add whole spice like turmeric, red chilli powder, cummin seeds and Dhaniya seeds crushed..
- Add onion garlic paste, add tomato puree followed by cashew nut paste and fry for sometime, till it becomes thick..
- Now add all masalas and mix for more 2-3 minutes..
- Add cream and 1/2 cup water to make the gravy..
- At last add Kasuri Methi and coriander leaves to the mixture and bring it to boil. Remove the gravy from fire..
- In a serving bowl keep all Kofta's, then add gravy, decorate with cream and serve hot.
