- Take brinjals and cut into two halves- scoop out the centre part..
- Special masala: It is made by mixing paprika powder, cinnamon powder, zeera & coriander crushed..
- Rub some masala over brinjals and then brush olive oil on it. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes till tender..
- In the meantime prepare filling by putting oil and when hot saute onions & garlic. Then add chicken mince and further stir fry till colour changes..
- Next add in left over masala, salt, black pepper, crushed red chillies. Mix it well and cook it till tender & completely dry..
- Remove from stove add in tomatoes, boiled rice, green chillies, coriander & mint leaves..
- Mix it very well and fill into brinjals. Top with tahini sauce..
- Tahini sauce: Mix yogurt, tahini paste, salt& black pepper alongwith paprika powder..
