Instructions to make Spinach & Veggie stuffed Momo Sandwich:

  1. First prepare a soft momo dough by mixing atta, maida, little salt, 1tsp oil and required amount of water. Cover the dough and rest it for 10 mins..
  2. Now prepare the momo stuffing. Mix little salt to the mixture of cabbage spinach and carrot. Keep it for 5 mins. Then squeeze the veggies to remove excess water. Heat 1tsp oil in a pan. Put onion, gr chilli,garlic and ginger. Fry little and then add all veggies including capsicum and soya sauce. Fry for 1/2min on high flame. Add salt, sugar,pepper powder and spring onion. Fry for few seconds on high flame. Switch off the flame. Let it cool..
  3. Now take a big portion of the dough. Roll it into thin big circle. Cut small circles out of it by the help of a cookie cutter or any bowl..
  4. Now to make rose shape momos, arrange 3 circles like shown in the picture. Then arrange stuffing and fold it. Roll it from one side to give rose shape. Make all momos like this.
  5. Now steam these rose momos in a steamer for 6 to 8 mins on med flame..
  6. Now remove the sides of the bread and toast the bread slices. U can use butter but I didn't.Time to assemble the sandwiches. Spread green chutney on 2 slices of bread and schezwan sauce on another 2 slices. Put some shredded carrot and cabbage over it. Now put 2 momos over the green slice. Put little tomato sauce and processed cheese over the momos..
  7. Now cover the momos with the schezwan sauce slice. On the top of the bread. Garnish with some veggies(stuffing), cream cheese/ hung curd and tomato sauce. U can garnish according to ur wish. U can add mayonnaise instead of cream cheese/ hung curd.
  8. Now serve the hot hot momo sandwich immediately with momo chutney or as it is😊.
