Steps to make Maverick’s prawns:
- Wash the prawns nicely make a slit on the side and fill in the mustard cream. Take a bowl keep all the mustard cream filled prawns in that bowl, add all the ingredients to itmix well and marinate for 25-30 mins..
- After 30 mins take the bamboo sticks & start sewing 3-4 prawns in a stick. Similarly keep all the sticks ready..
- Take a pan keep it on to medium heat, add 2-3 sticks at a time & shallow fry them from both the sides till they are cooked completely. Add chaat masala..
- You can serve them with the egg clouds as I did in my picture..
